导师与研究领域

杨玉超,91直播 博雅特聘教授,国家杰青,91直播 院院长,科学智能学院副院长。长期从事存算一体芯片、类脑计算、忆阻器等研究,相关研究成果累计发表Nature Electronics、Nature Reviews Materials、Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Communications、Science Advances、IEDM、ISSCCMICRO、HPCA等期刊和会议论文160余篇,受邀撰写中英文专著5章,获30余项国家发明专利授权。累计被引15000余次,H因子为55,研究工作入选北京智源人工智能研究院发布的“2020年人工智能十大进展”、爱集微发布的“2022年度中国半导体十大学术进展”。曾60余次受邀在国际学术会议上做大会、主旨、特邀报告,主持国家重点研发计划、国家杰青、基金委重点项目、北方先进工艺研究院双1+1工程重点项目、霍英东青年教师基金等重大/重点科研项目20余项,任国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家、第六届中青科协理事、第七届中青科协理事、中国电子学会青年工作委员会委员、《npj Unconventional Computing》副主编、《Microelectronic Engineering》副主编、《电子学报》领域编委、《半导体学报》编委、《National Science Review》编委、《Chip》编委、《中国科学:信息科学》青年编委等。获首届科学探索奖、教育部青年科学奖、杰出青年中关村奖、求是杰出青年学者奖、Wiley青年研究者奖、麻省理工科技评论中国区35岁以下科技创新35人、华为计算产品线最佳技术合作奖等奖项,连续入选2020-2024年爱思唯尔中国高被引学者,入选全球前2%顶尖科学家“终身科学影响力”榜单。
